You’ll record a few phrases, and our AI will learn to replicate your voice for smooth and natural customer interactions. How to Use the Script and Record
Recording the Script:
Your lines are highlighted in red—those are the ones you’ll be reading aloud. The client’s lines, shown in gray, are just for context, so no need to read them. Record your lines on your phone in a quiet space, and keep the tone conversational and friendly.Where to Upload:
Once you’ve finished recording, you can upload the audio file directly to the Oxford Pierpont website. If you prefer, you can also text it to us directly.Voice Verification with ElevenLabs:
After you’ve uploaded your recording, there’s one more step! You’ll need to complete a quick voice verification with ElevenLabs. This step ensures we have permission to use your voice for the AI bot. We’ll send you the link with simple instructions on how to complete the verification—it’s fast and easy!
