{During the initial live call, you will most likely be speaking to the gatekeeper. Once the gatekeeper sends you to the decision maker, repeat the same pitch. If the decision maker wants to hear more, proceed with the elevator pitch}
We use algorithms to identify about 80-150 people per month who are actively looking for VA loans, and we’re hoping to find a loan officer to partner with on these referrals. Do you all have the in house capacity to handle that many prequalification applications?
(PAUSE. If they ask about the people seeking loans say…)
These are veterans looking to get pre-qualified for a loan so that a realtor will work with them. Some of these realtors won’t actually work with these veterans unless they’re already paired up with a Loan Officer.
We have systems in place to identify these people in need, and we can send this information to you at a rate of 150 pre-qualified leads per month.
After the pitch is complete and the prospect is interested, please proceed with the following:
“When is a good time to set up a 15-minute call with our representative to discuss how we are able to supply you with these leads?”
Or if you want to be more assertive, give the roofer a few time slots:
“Does a 15-minute call on (insert date and time) work for you to discuss how we are able to supply you with these leads?”
